Pamela Jackson
Pam has over 30 years of experience at operational and executive levels for various medical device companies and as a business owner and entrepreneur. She has successfully recruited and directed high performing teams to develop new critical care and home care respiratory products from requirements definition, regulatory and marketing strategies to global market launches.
Employing her hands-on and direct connection work ethic, Pam has created long lasting B2B partnerships, serving as a liaison and active team member for new business development and global strategic marketing. She was instrumental in initiating, establishing and maintaining business connections and relationships between the military and various medical technology developers.
Pam served over 10 years as a Senior Director for SeQual Technologies, providing government and military development expertise for a diverse range of air separation technology products. Her efforts resulted in obtaining numerous multimillion-dollar R&D and advanced development grants and SBIRs. She is the co-founder of Panakeia, LLC that markets and distributes innovative medical devices into the Department of Defense, Veterans Administration and the Federal Government.
Pam has a B.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
